I love free stuff! I mean who doesn't and all the money I spend on products I think I deserve a little treat every once in awhile. This month I was lucky enough to receive another VoxBox! I've probably been using Influenster for maybe 3 months now. This is my second time receiving a voxbox. In this box I received even more wonderful things:
Colgate Optic White® Regimen
Not only did they provide me with a brand new toothbrush and paste, they also threw in the mouthwash! I'll be honest when I initially heard that they sent you free products to try, I expected sample sizes. They actually send you FULL SIZED products. I was very appreciative of the Colgate kit because I've been wanting to try a teeth whitening kit.
Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Total Moisture®
I was surprised to find this product because I never knew Vaseline made a spray & go non greasy moisturizer which is heaven sent for warm weather. I've never been a fan of Vaseline because of how thick and greasy it is. I really love this product.
NECTRESSE
I never have used sweetener in the past but lately I've been on this health kick. I def see some usage of this product in my future.
Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes
I've never used Witch Hazel in the past but it does have some great benefits for skin. I really dislike the smell of this product though. If they come out with a new scented kind. WE HAVE A WINNER.
belVita Breakfast Biscuits
I haven't tried these yet but I'm not a breakfast person at all. I'll still give them a try.

Goody Quikstyle

I recently received the Goody Quikstyle Paddle brush complimentary of Influenster.com for testing and reviewing purposes. I received it in their HolidayVoxBox2012 I was skeptical about this brush and well it would work with African American hair or thick hair in general. This brush is suppose to help dry hair  30% more than the usual just towel dry.Let's face it, 30% isn't alot but, It did help dry my hair faster but it works even more wonderful when a blow dryer is used with this product.

Olive Oil Edge Control

I have to say I'm quite smitten with this product. I just purchased this yesterday from my local beauty supply store, and I couldn't wait to use it.I tried it as soon as I got home. It's a clear thick pomeade or gel ( the feel) and it goes on clear.It laid my edges! This is a good product for relaxed and nature hair. I'm currently in between relaxers and this helps a lot.

My Healthy Relaxed Hair Regimen

Since i started dyeing my hair, I've noticed my hair has been suffering tremendously. So, I basically decided that the only way I can get my length and luscious locks back was to go back to the basics. This means taking care of my hair the way my mother did. For example, keeping my hair well moisturized, in protective styles, minimum heat, and always covering my hair when sleeping. This is the regimen i adopted along with these basic rules.

Tuesday & Saturday
Wash Day:
Shampoo -Elasta QP Soy Oyl hrydrating shampoo
Deep Condition- I use a mixture of conditioners (hollywood beauty cholesterol as a base, Elasta QP fortifying conditioner, VO5 moisture milks conditioner,honey, argan oil, castor oil, and jojoba oil) Let sit for a 1.5-2 hours.
Co-Wash- Aussie 3min miracle &,honey
Apply Elasta QP H2O moisturize sealant
Homemade leave in
Apply Leave-In- garnier sleek &shine leave in conditioner creme
Jojoba Oil

Monday & Wedneday
CoWash- Aussie 3min miracle,VO5 moisture milks & honey
Leave-ins
Seal with oils
 
Every other day I mosturize and seal my hair with jojoba & cocunut oil

NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine

 I received this lip shine and my initial thoughts were that this product was just another typical lip gloss. I received this product in nude and I was in love with it the second I put it on. Most lip glosses are really sticky and shiny. This product had a great shine and a little sticky. Overall, this is now my go to gloss. I wear this product every day and can't wait to try the other colors.

KISS Nail Dress

I was skeptical initially. I thought it was no way that these things are supposed to fit any nail size and I know putting them on is probably going to be a hassle. I have to admit that I was wrong AGAIN. This was the quickest and cheapest manicure I ever had! These are perfect for when you are in a rush before a date or interview and you want manicured hands. You  can easily apply these on the go or while watching a movie. These are a great idea for slumber parties or kids who want grown up nail designs.

* I gave this product a 4 because the directions say to file off excess which leaves the nails with ragged edges. It's better to CUT OFF EXCESS.

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masque

Well first let me just say I have never really been a spa or facial kinda girl. I never really had bad or problem skin. So initially I didn't think a facial or masque would have anything to offer me. I was completely wrong. This mask made my skin even smoother and gave my complexion a wonderful glow. I tested the raspberry fruit smoothie masque and I will be trying others in the future.
