BLACK HAIR GROWTH...5 STEPS TO GET YOU ON YOUR WAY

1st off girl throw out that grease!
Hair grease is mostly made of petroleum jelly which can clog the pores on the scalp, stopping hair growth.

2.  Girl get you some oils instead. The BSS ( beauty supply store) usually has tubes of a variety of oils for .99 cents. Natural oils have properties that enhances your hair strength and beauty. Some examples are: Castor Oil, which is very popular among African American women. Some benefits are it thickens hair, grow it, and helps hair attract moisture. Coconut Oil is another one. It adds shine, controls dandruff, and prevents split ends.

3. Don't forget to moisturize. When your hair is dry its easier to have some breakage. Moisturizing and sealing your hair  makes hair softer and more manageable in general.

4. ALWAYS TIE YOUR  HAIR UP AT NIGHT. Not tying your hair up can cause breakage and tangles. If you don't like tying your hair up then invest in some satin pillowcases.

5. Try not to use a lot of heat. It causes breakage  especially when too much is applied and incorrectly applied.
